Kepler's Big Day!

The little guy's 2!!!!!  I can remember his birth like it was yesterday...where the heck does the time go???  And why is someone ALWAYS making a face?!?

Thanks to Candy Gram (my mom) for taking such good care of my boys while Jillian and I drove to Texas from Utah.  We couldn't have done this move without you, Mom!

Thanks to Grandpa Mike, too...he made the 20 hour trip with Jillian and I in the Honda (which was packed to the gills).  I'm ever so grateful for your ability to drive long distances!

Christmas 2010

              Cousins:  Makenna, Norah, Holden, Eli, Jillian, Ty, Kepler

We traveled to Tennessee this year to spend time with Jason's family.  It was a rare event...all his siblings, significant others and kids were all in under the same roof!  That has never happened, not in over 8 years of marriage!  Good thing we all had our cameras and snapped hundreds of photos!  The in-laws were very good to the kids and gave them wonderful gifts.  We truly appreciated and enjoyed every moment of our two week trip!

Christmas morning Jillian, Holden, and Kepler were amazed to see that Santa had arrived AND had eaten all the cookies they left for him! 

We took a trip to Target to scope out the after Christmas sales today.  Holden is already telling me what he wants for Christmas NEXT year!  Poor little guy...so sweet...he just has no idea how long that really is!

The Binkses Take Over Texas!

The stars at night...are big and bright......DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS!! 

Jason was accepted to PA school and begins his first class (biochemistry, yay!) next monday.  He's not even started classes yet and already has taken a test and written a paper!  Poor guy...I imagine we'll have some long study sessions in our future!  I envision me with flashcards and bloodshot eyes at 4am......but I love him, so I guess I'll suck it up!

Jillian and Holden both ride the bus to school here...and lucky me, it picks up and drops off right out our front door!  Good news for my jammies...they'll get more use now!  Jillian's new 1st grade teacher is fantastic as is Holden's Pre-K teacher.  So far they both love school!  Kepler has started potty training and is doing fairly well.  He's only had one accident in three days!  We're still working on the aiming thing, but for now I don't mind mopping up pee!  It is for good reason, right?!?
